  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Place beef in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef.
  4. Pour beef broth around the beef to keep the seasoning on top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until beef is tender.
  6. Optional: garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
