- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- Place baby potatoes, carrots, and green beans in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley, then place on top of the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Optional: sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
- Serve hot as a complete meal.
Notes
For extra flavor, sear the chicken in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side before adding to the slow cooker. You can also swap vegetables based on preference or seasonality.
