- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds

- Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Pour over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until pork chops are tender and cooked through.
- Optional: Remove pork chops and stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Return pork chops to sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, over rice or with vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate pork chops in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
