  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
