  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Place sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika, then layer on top of onions.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Pour over pork chops.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork chops are tender.
  5. Optional: garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.

Notes

Bone-in pork chops tend to stay juicier, but boneless works well too. You can add sliced mushrooms or a splash of white wine for extra flavor.
