- 1 small onion, sliced

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika, then layer on top of onions.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Pour over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork chops are tender.
- Optional: garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
Notes
Bone-in pork chops tend to stay juicier, but boneless works well too. You can add sliced mushrooms or a splash of white wine for extra flavor.
