- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

- Preheat oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter & sugar: In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and peppermint extract.
- Add color: Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until desired shade is reached.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Fold in mix-ins: Stir in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Shape & bake: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flair, drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled cookies. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
