- Mix: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir in milk until dough forms.
- Shape: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat lightly in granulated sugar.
- Bake: Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Add kisses: Immediately press a mint chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool completely so the chocolate sets.
Notes
For extra festive flair, add a drop of green food coloring to the dough or sprinkle with green sanding sugar before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
