  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
