- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until ribs are tender and meat pulls away easily from the bone.
- Optional: garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before serving.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
Notes
For richer flavor, sear short ribs in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side before placing in the slow cooker. Leftovers taste even better the next day as flavors deepen.
