Tender roasted Sweet Potatoes with Honey Garlic glaze — perfectly caramelized, slightly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. A simple yet flavorful side dish that pairs beautifully with any main course.

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
  5. Remove sweet potatoes from oven, drizzle honey garlic mixture over them, and toss gently.
  6. Return to oven for 5–10 minutes until caramelized and tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan. You can add a pinch of chili flakes for a sweet-spicy twist. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
