- Pour the cooked glaze over the strawberries, making sure to cover evenly.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
Notes
Use the freshest strawberries available for the best flavor. You can also mix in a few raspberries or blueberries for color variation. To make a double-crust version, cover with a lattice crust and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.
