- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs: Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Combine: Alternate adding dry ingredients with infused milk until smooth.
- Bake: Fill liners and bake 18–22 minutes. Cool completely.
- Make frosting: Mash blackberries and strain seeds. Beat butter, powdered sugar, and puree until smooth, adding cream as needed.
- Frost: Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
Notes
Strain blackberry puree for a smoother frosting. For stronger tea flavor, steep longer or add finely ground tea leaves to the batter.
