  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp butter (for richness)

  4. Add blueberries, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, and thyme.
  5. Simmer: Cook 5–7 minutes, lightly mashing berries until sauce thickens.
  6. Finish: Stir in butter (optional), then return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over.
  7. Serve: Serve warm with extra thyme if desired.
