  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
