- Bring water to a boil, then steep lavender for 5–7 minutes. Strain and let cool.
- In a pitcher, combine lavender tea, lemon juice, and honey or syrup. Stir well.
- Add coconut milk or coconut water and mix until smooth.
- Add ice or chill in the refrigerator until cold.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
Notes
Use coconut milk for a creamy drink or coconut water for a lighter version. Adjust sweetness and lemon to taste.
