- Simmer for another 3–5 minutes until the soup thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and additional pepper if needed.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For the best texture, cook pasta separately if you plan to store leftovers because it will absorb the broth over time. Add extra broth when reheating to restore the creamy consistency.
