- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- Coat chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, pat dry, dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

For a lighter version, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes or air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes. Don’t skip patting the chicken dry for the crispiest coating.
