- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 package (9–12 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley or basil for garnish

- Place shredded chicken in the crockpot.
- Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the tortellini and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook until tortellini is tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh or refrigerated tortellini for best results. Avoid frozen tortellini unless cooking time is adjusted.
