This Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa is a comforting and hearty meal. Layers of pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and vegetables are slow-cooked with a creamy sauce for an easy, flavorful dinner.

- 12 frozen pierogies (cheese or potato-filled)
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (optional)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

- Grease the slow cooker lightly with cooking spray or butter.
- Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Top with half of the sliced kielbasa, onion, and cabbage (if using).
- Spread half of the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup over the layer.
- Repeat layers with remaining pierogies, kielbasa, vegetables, and creamy mixture.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, black pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours until pierogies are tender and casserole is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can add mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor. For a creamier casserole, stir in additional sour cream before serving.
