- Make tzatziki: Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve: Spoon tzatziki over chicken and rice. Add optional toppings if desired.
Notes
Make sure to squeeze excess water from the cucumber for a thick tzatziki. You can marinate the chicken in yogurt and lemon for extra tenderness.
