- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- Fresh cilantro for garnish

- Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato sauce and sugar. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Blend (optional): For a smoother sauce, blend mixture until creamy.
- Finish: Return chicken to pan and simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until rich and creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken overnight. Adjust cream and spice levels depending on preference. Add chili for extra heat.
