Ingredients

For the Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 peach, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or mint, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

For the Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

  • 6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit salsa: In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, apple, peach, and chopped mint or cilantro if using. Stir in the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until evenly coated.
  2. Make the tortilla chips: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.
  3. Season the chips: Mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle generously over both sides of the tortillas, then cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  4. Bake: Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Cool completely.
  5. Serve: Spoon the chilled fruit salsa into a serving bowl and serve with the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

For the freshest flavor, prepare the fruit salsa just before serving. You can substitute mango, pineapple, raspberries, or blackberries depending on what’s in season. The cinnamon sugar chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
