- 3 white tea bags
- 1 cup guava juice or nectar
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1/3 cup honey, agave, or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh guava slices (optional garnish)
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Instructions
- Brew tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep white tea bags for 5–7 minutes.
- Cool tea: Remove tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
- Mix base: In a large pitcher, combine cooled white tea, guava juice, lemon juice, and sweetener. Stir until well blended.
- Dilute: Add cold water or sparkling water depending on preference.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade over top.
- Garnish: Add guava slices, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves.
Notes
For a stronger tea flavor, steep white tea a little longer but avoid oversteeping to prevent bitterness. Sparkling water adds a refreshing fizz, while still water keeps it smooth and mellow.
