  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta or penne
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt or cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
