- Bake: Roast for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Thicken sauce: Pour pan juices into a small saucepan, add cornstarch slurry, and simmer until thickened.
- Combine: Return sauce to sheet pan, add cashews, and toss everything together.
- Finish: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add cashews in the last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
