  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional for drizzle)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 12 small skewers or cocktail picks

  4. Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and balsamic glaze if desired.
  6. Finish with freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
