- Finish the batter: Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before turning it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Glaze and serve: Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled cake before slicing and serving.
