  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup toasted breadcrumbs or croutons
  • Optional: 2 tbsp nuts (almonds or pine nuts)

  4. Toss: Pour dressing over kale and toss well.
  5. Add toppings: Sprinkle Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and nuts if using.
  6. Serve: Toss again and serve immediately or let sit 10 minutes for more flavor.
