  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)

Orange Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
