  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (for pan-frying)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

  2. Set up station: Place flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, Parmesan, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika) in separate bowls.
  3. Coat chicken: Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Drain: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with lemon wedges.
