- Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve: Serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs and avoid overcrowding the pan. You can also bake at 425°F (220°C) for a lighter version.
