  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp champagne or sparkling wine
  • 12 tbsp peach puree (optional)

  2. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs: Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Combine: Add peach puree and milk, then mix in dry ingredients until smooth.
  6. Bake: Fill liners and bake 18–22 minutes. Cool completely.
  7. Make frosting: Beat butter and powdered sugar, then add champagne and optional peach puree until smooth.
  8. Frost: Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes.

Notes

For a stronger peach flavor, reduce peach puree slightly before adding. You can garnish with fresh peach slices or edible gold dust for a festive look.
