- Combine: Add peach puree and milk, then mix in dry ingredients until smooth.
- Bake: Fill liners and bake 18–22 minutes. Cool completely.
- Make frosting: Beat butter and powdered sugar, then add champagne and optional peach puree until smooth.
- Frost: Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
Notes
For a stronger peach flavor, reduce peach puree slightly before adding. You can garnish with fresh peach slices or edible gold dust for a festive look.
