  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (or green beans)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced or juiced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
