- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken 30 minutes before serving and stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) into the sauce.
