- Add kisses: Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
For extra strawberry flavor, add 1 teaspoon strawberry extract to the dough. Chill the chocolate kisses before using to help them hold their shape. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
