  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

For the Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Fresh berries for decoration
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • White chocolate shavings (optional)

  3. Prepare the berry gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Allow it to cool slightly before adding berries.
