  • 2 cups water
  • 2 hibiscus tea bags (or 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/31/2 cup honey or simple syrup (to taste)
  • 12 cups cold water or ice
  • Lemon slices and strawberries, for garnish

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then steep hibiscus tea bags (or dried flowers) for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Blend strawberries until smooth, then strain if desired.
  3. In a pitcher, combine cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, and lemon juice.
  4. Add honey or simple syrup and stir until dissolved.
  5. Add cold water or ice to dilute to your preferred strength.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh strawberries.
