- Lemon slices and strawberries, for garnish

- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then steep hibiscus tea bags (or dried flowers) for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
- Blend strawberries until smooth, then strain if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, and lemon juice.
- Add honey or simple syrup and stir until dissolved.
- Add cold water or ice to dilute to your preferred strength.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh strawberries.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and tartness to taste. For a smoother drink, strain the strawberry puree. Chill before serving for best flavor.
