- Build the soup: Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using.
- Add the shredded cabbage and coleslaw mix. Stir well.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
